What this service is

Final Demand is a novelty letter service. We print and post personalised letters — formatted to look like official legal or financial notices — containing a personal message of your choosing. It is intended entirely for humorous and affectionate purposes.

Your responsibilities

By placing an order you confirm that:

• You are over 18
• The message you submit is your own and does not infringe anyone's rights
• The letter will not be used to harass, threaten, or cause distress to the recipient
• You have a reasonable basis to believe the recipient will take it in the spirit intended
• The recipient's address has been provided accurately and with their consent, or is your own

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that we reasonably believe violates these terms, with a full refund issued.

Pricing

Prices are shown at checkout and vary by destination country. All prices are inclusive of printing and postage. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.

Refunds

Once a letter has entered the print queue it cannot be recalled or amended — physical production begins immediately after payment. For this reason we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been dispatched to print.

If your order fails to send due to a technical error on our part, we will either re-send the letter or issue a full refund. If you believe this has happened, contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible.

Delivery

Letters are printed and dispatched by our printing partner, Stannp. Delivery times depend on the destination country and postal service. We cannot guarantee specific delivery dates and are not responsible for delays caused by postal services.

Disclaimer

Final Demand is a novelty service for entertainment purposes. We are not a law firm, debt collection agency, or official body of any kind. The letters we produce are not legally binding documents. Any resemblance to official correspondence is intentional but entirely fictional.

We accept no liability for how a recipient interprets or reacts to a letter. You use this service at your own discretion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
